Background Info:
Modern technology has always bared fruitful promises of a new and golden age ripe with success. But along with these promises, there has also been sacrifices to keep them. Now is that golden age, and new opportunities lie ahead, ready for those who are ready to take it.
A scientist by the name of Wray Gotlieb had successfully created a new creature code-named experiment 11-9. It was an intelligent and deadly creature, and could be exploited as a perfect soldier that could revolutionize war if duplicated, and empower any country willing to pay enough for it. The only problem is that Wray claimed the creature functioned on a human level with feelings, logic, the ability to learn, and that no human or creature similar should be treated in such a way. When he refused to give up the rights to the creature, the heads of Silenus Labs, the facility that funded his research, decided to take it by force.
When Wray was heading into his office, a shadowed figure shot him point blank in the back of the head, killing him instantly. Unfortunately, experiment 11-9 had weaseled its way out of the lab and into Wray's office as it often did to visit its creator, witnessing the whole event. In a blind rage, the experiment went mad, destroying everything in sight, along with a lot of the research that Wray had on the creature. In a last ditch attempt to stay alive, the heads distracted the creature, then attacked, killing it. In the end, they dumped the body of the experiment in a remote area and attributed the damages to the lab as well as the casualties to a chemical fire that got out of hand, neatly sweeping the incident under the carpet for the time being.
A year later, the story got out to competing branches in the industry, and experiment 11-9 became a model in which the other competing labs attempted to create their "perfect soldier" off of. The problem of the matter was that Wray Gotlieb's research had been destroyed, so only the concept was instilled among the scientific community. Whispers of sightings of a monster similar in appearance to experiment 11-9 spread publically, and suspicion that the creature was still alive rose in the scientific community. If this creature could be captured, then the lab fortunate enough to contain it could duplicate its genetic code and solve the mystery or Wray's missing research and exploit the idea of a perfect soldier to revolutionize war.
Silenus Labs, the closest to perfecting the genetic code rushed out a creature to counteract experiment 11-9 codenamed "The Hunter" and capture it first. The only problem was that this new creature was horribly flawed, and had to be medicated to suppress its primal urges. With The Hunter's release, the hunt for experiment 11-9 was on. The lab to capture it would be greatly rewarded

Useful Information:
- All experiments up until this point have been a result of genetic splicing with the exception of The Hunter and Experiment 11-9. They were created from a combination of cloning and genetic engineering. Basically this means that all players' were once human.
- Experiment 11-9 and The Hunter are the only players that are from Silenus Labs.
- You can play as humans or some of the soldiers sent out from different branches to seize experiment 11-9.
- Each scientific branch or corporation have their own intents. Some want to kill experiment 11-9 to prevent the revolutionizing of war (Absah Research), others want to exploit experiment 11-9 for their own good (Silenus Labs and Janus Labs), and some want to help experiment 11-9 to prevent it from being used unethically (Gaelen & Co.).
- All of the events so far have been under wraps. The only thing that has been known to the public or the government is the mysterious sightings of the creature presumed to be experiment 11-9.
- This story takes place in the not too far future, so we don't have laser guns yet. Also, since this whole thing is under wraps, I don't think citizens would take too kindly to anthros walking the streets. Most stay disguised or hidden when they have to go out.
- Most of the "soldiers" were enlisted and tricked into being experimented on for most of the companies, no matter what their intent. It ruined some lives, and breathed life into others.
Companies to Choose From:
- Janus Labs - A company in heavy competition to Silenus Labs. They are intent on capturing experiment 11-9 and outdoing Silenus at any costs. They are known to go to dangerous and very unethical extents to get what they want even moreso than Silenus. They are focused more on revolutionizing war and becoming a powerful source for whatever country is willing to pay them enough. Experiments in this company are mainly into playing for the winning team; wanting a slice of power when they take over.
- Absah Research - A company that is more focused on destroying Experiment 11-9 so that war and madness does not break out. They are a company more focused on medical advances achieved through the genetic splicing and keeping the peace. Though they are unethical in their research, they want to make sacrifices for the greater good. (As in, they may destroy lives by performing this splicing, but if they can make a soldier immune to disease, it's for the greater good.) They're known to pack a punch when its needed. Experiments in this company are usually here because they are interested in medical advances or lives have been saved from disease thanks to the genetic splicing.
- Gaelen & Co. - A company that wants to capture Experiment 11-9 so that it may live out a somewhat natural life and expose the other companies for their wrongdoings. Gaelen &. Co wants to present the idea of these genetically spliced people as citizens and not monsters. A lot of experiments tend to flock to this company after being deceived by Janus, Silenus, ot Absah.
